Tangled

Just finished watching Tangled snuggled up with William. We haven't watched it in awhile, but for a long time it was William's FAVORITE movie. It was the first show that he'd actually stop to watch, and he was mesmerized. When the credits rolled he jumped up, ran to the TV, banging & yelling. The first time he did it I was caught off guard, not knowing what was wrong. Turned out he was just upset that it had ended! He loved it! He was stuck on Tangled for quite some time. It was the only thing he wanted to watch & he wanted to watch it often! Eventually it changed to Cars, but that was short lived. Then it was Incredibles & that lasted some time. Then it was Lemony Snickets. He loved that one for a long while, too. Then Nemo, and now Aristocats. Occasionally he likes to throw in Nacho Libre, too.
We've just settled in to watch Aristocats as a family. & William can't do almost anything without his well loved kitty & his ”new guy”. Our friend's the Anderson's gave us this one to replace the Anakin that was left somewhere at their house. He's yet to turn up. Kitty is William's all time love, but along with that he's also had a small toy that he's taken to & carried around with kitty. His first one was ”race”. A little red toy race car that came in a bin of miscellaneous toys from the neighbor. He sure loved Race! There was a state of emergency if we couldn't find Race (especially at bedtime!) but luckily he always turned up. Will's affection has now ranged from Race, to a red power ranger guy, two guys &a ”girl guy” from our geotrax train set & a few other miscellaneous ”guys”. I'll have to round up some pictures. William is so fun to watch with his little attachments. I can't believe he's getting so big. Almost three! He loves to wrestle & punch Ammon and Ammon entices him to do it constantly. Drives me nuts sometimes! But they sure do have a good brotherly love.
